Most Rye Whiskeys in the market are made using a mash low in rye. Redemption takes the rye content up to 95% providing a spicy and grassy note.

The nose has a strong aroma of rye bread with a hint of spearmint making it a typical rye.

On the palate you get anise and clove with a rye spice blast along vanilla bean.

The finish is long and spicy with more clove and cinnamon to it, with a slight lingering burn moving from throat to nose.

Adding a drop of water makes the Redemption Rye sweeter as vanilla and brown sugar pop-up making it spicy/sweet and more enjoyable.
